Family Missions
Our 2012 Family Mission Trip was very successful. Thanks to all the families who joined us to serve with HIS Bridgebuilders in South Dallas. Watch here for next year's opportunities.
Family Mission trips are designed for families to serve together on mission. The Family Mission trips have both a service and evangelical component. They serve as the perfect first step or refresher course for families interested in serving others through missions.
Prestonwood Christian Academy offers both a local Family Mission trip and a "travel away" mission trip.
For the local mission trip we partner with HIS Bridgebuilders and serve those in the South Dallas area. This trip is one Saturday in the fall and is appropriate for the whole family.
Our "travel away" trip is designed to give families a feel for international missions in a family friendly, time and budget friendly way. This trip is designed as short term mission trip that allows families to serve together in sharing the love of Jesus with others from another culture. This trip is for families and students 8 years of age or older.

Local Family Mission Trip with H.I.S. Bridgebuilders
November 3, 2012 (11:00a.m.-2:30 p.m.)
Bring your whole family and join us as we partner with H.I.S. Bridgebuilders to minister to those in the South Dallas area. We will be doing both evangelism (door to door) and ministry labor in the area. This is a perfect first step or refresher course for families interested in serving others through missions.

Honduras Family Mission Trip
November 16-20, 2012
Once again PCA is offering a short term Family Mission trip that allows parents and their children (8 years and older) an opportunity to serve as a family to people in need of Jesus Christ as well as spend time together to develop a Family Mission Plan. Partnering with Engage Hope Ministries, PCA is going to Honduras November 17-21. We will be traveling to a beautiful area of the country where the people are open to the gospel, but just need to be told.
